TERMS AND CONDITION
Please read through these T’s & C’s before engaging in any purchase from our store, by engaging
in our services from Houlux Paris you agree to be bound to our terms and conditions.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Houlux Paris respects a 14 day return policy on all goods purchased online, if you require a return
please inform the team via email on sales@houlux.com stating your order number and full name,
address and reason for return and we will be happy to assist you. We can accept a refund with
following circumstances:
- All receipts and paperwork must be returned with the item including the original packaging.
- The item must reach us in the same condition that it was sent out to you. All return postage
costs will be at the buyer’s expense.
- All tags must be present.
- All receipts and paperwork must be returned with the item including the original packaging.
Return request outside of the 14 day time frame will not be accepted and refund will not be
issued.
You shall communicate your cancellation from this contract and send back the goods or hand
them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on
which the order was delivered to you. The shipping costs needs to be covered by you and ensure
full insurance, we are happy to create the shipping label for you. Once your return has been
received by our team it will be fully inspected, you will hear from our team regarding the issuing of
the refund, partial refund or non refund.
You are welcome to bring your item in person back to our store as long as it falls within the 14 day
period.
We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery. We will
make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction,
unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have
received the goods back and additional 10 days required for administrative and accounting
processing.
In-store items are not subject to these terms and no return policy of the 14 days applies when the
client buys in the Houlux Paris Showroom. This is in accordance with the fact that all items are
available to be viewed fully in branch.
SHIPMENT
Please allow up to three (3) days for order processing. All shipments are handled via DHL Express
national and international wide to ensure a high level of service and reliability. The full value of
each product is insured during transit. Once the package has been collected by DHL from us,
delivery is estimated within 48 hours; however, this timeframe is not guaranteed by Houlux Paris.
If you order from outside the EU, local duties and import taxes may apply. Euro prices are
displayed exclusive of duties and taxes. All items are shipped from our headquarter in Paris.THE RIGHT TO REFUSE
We, Houlux Paris, reserve the right to refuse any of our services to anyone at any time and are not
obligated to buy or sell from any individual or business.
IDENTITY VALIDATION
Houlux Paris require every consumer purchasing products over the cost of 1.000€ to supply us
with their personal ID, this must be either a valid passport, official ID or valid drivers licence. All
names and addresses on these forms of ID must match the paying card/bank details and delivery
address. Should the ID not correspond with the order details your order will be declined and a
refund processed. This information must be provided to Houlux Paris in a timely manner to

All personal information provided to Houlux Paris is subject to our privacy policy and will not be
shared with any third parties outside of our marketing teams and order fulfilment teams. By
submitting your personal information anywhere on our site you give us permission to use this to
contact you for mail drops and entries to competitions.
Any personal information submitted on third-party connections to our site such as payment
gateways is done so at your own risk and you must carry out your own due diligence.

Each item is thoroughly inspected prior to listing on our website, in the description you may find
historical information. We reserve the right to adjust this information at any time however we are
not obligated to do so. By using our site you agree the responsibility of monitoring these changes
is in your hands.
SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
Houlux Paris has made every effort to produce images and descriptions that accurately represent
the items available for sale. Please note that all monitors may show different hues so it is
recommended to book an appointment for the showroom to see for yourself.
All product descriptions and prices may be subject to change and we reserve the right to do this
at any time.
Any discount codes may be withdrawn at any time at our discretion, if the code is not working any
longer this code is no longer available. We are not obligated to offer discounts on any items or
fulfil any discount codes past their allotted time frame.
Houlux Paris is not associated or affiliated with any brands.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payments through the website are securely processed via Shopify, and Houlux Paris reserves the
right to perform additional verification checks in collaboration with its banking partners where
necessary. While this may result in a slight delay, these measures are implemented to ensure the
highest level of transaction security. Customers may complete their website purchase using credit
card, Apple Pay or bank transfer.
Its also possible if in direct touch with one of the Houlux team, to proceed an order via payment
link or bank transfer.
In the showroom, cash payments are accepted up to €1.000 for customers within the European
Union, and up to €15.000 for customers presenting a passport issued outside the European
Union.
A reservation of a product is possible only if half of the amount of the product is paid prior and
agreed with one of the Houlux team. Following the product will be removed from the Houlux Paris
Point of Sales and shall be fully paid as soon as the final sale is confirmed.
All payments will be processed in the currency chosen for the purchase but converted to EURO.SHOWROOM
Houlux Paris has its showroom located at 3 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris. It is
possible to visit with appointment, which needs to be booked beforehand via mail

Tuesday to Friday: 11h30 to 19h30
Saturday: 13h30 to 19h30
When entering our showroom all visitors are required to present a valid form of identification, and
a photograph may be taken for security purposes.
AUTHENTICATION
Houlux Paris is relying on its in-house expertise via our team as well working together with
Jérôme Lalande, expert authorised by the Paris Court d’appeal authenticating each bag. Houlux
Paris takes every possible step to ensure 100% authentic items in our store and online. Should a
product come back as non-authentic, Houlux Paris will not list and destroy the item.
ANTI COUNTERFEIT POLICY
The sale of counterfeit items is an offence prohibited by law and is severely punished as it
infringes the intellectual property rights of the brands concerned. Indeed, it exposes you to a
penalty of up to 3 years' imprisonment and a €300,000 fine (Article L. 335-2 paragraph 2 of the
French Intellectual Property Code).
DIRECT SALE
Houlux Paris may offer an immediate purchase of the item, in which case the Seller transfers full
ownership to Houlux Paris in exchange for a fixed net price. The Seller guarantees lawful
ownership, authenticity, conformity with the declared condition, and absence of hidden defects,
and acknowledges that the sale of counterfeit goods is a criminal offence under French law.
Payment is made by bank transfer after authentication, within 48–72 business hours following
receipt and validation of the item, and may take up to ten (10) days in total to allow for
administrative and accounting processing.
CONSIGNMENT

Houlux Paris operates as an intermediary facilitating the sale of second-hand luxury products on
behalf of Sellers. By consigning a product, the Seller mandates Houlux Paris to present, market,
and sell the item across its distribution channels, including its website, physical points of sale,
and selected third-party platforms. The Seller confirms ownership, authenticity, and lawful
acquisition of the product, which remains subject to final expertization by Houlux Paris. Once the
product is accepted and delivered, the consignment is binding for a period of ninety (90) days
from its first presentation for sale, during which Houlux Paris is authorized to promote the item
and negotiate its sale under agreed conditions. Houlux Paris may undertake necessary actions to
enhance the product’s saleability, apply a commission on the final sale price, and ensure secure
storage and insurance coverage throughout the consignment period.The Seller shall be paid
within a period corresponding to the fourteen (14) day legal right of withdrawal granted to the
Buyer, plus an additional ten (10) days required for administrative and accounting processing
following the finalization of the sale.
By entering into a consignment contract with Houlux Paris you are agreeing to these terms.
Final Provision
The contractual relationship between the seller and the customer, as well as the respective terms
and conditions, are subject to the governed laws of France.
